I went to ThaiExpress with my friend and I was coughing quite badly, hence my friend requested for 2 glasses of ice water. However, the service crew offered a suggestion that I should drink warm water instead as I am coughing badly. I was extremely pleased by her actions as she shows care and concern for her customers. She was tactful too.

… He is an extremely warm, sincere and friendly man and service was impeccable. He gave us the feeling as if we were old friends without being fake. We enjoyed the food, my husband loved the olive rice and your portions are huge. I love the fried stuffed chicken wings!
We decided to sign up for the privilege card as Jeremy explained the terms and conditions very well to us. You have attentive and friendly staff at the United Square branch. I will definitely be back to try out more of your food and experience the good service!
