
Our staff are our brand ambassadors and our unsung heroes. We wish to dedicate this page to their good work and for them to know that they are most appreciated by both ThaiExpress and the customers.
The restaurant was full and my aged in-laws in their 70’s had to wait outside the queing area. But the staff with a thoughtful mind provided seats to my in-laws during the waiting time until the dinner table was available.
I am impressed with the polite, patience and professional service provided. Thumbs up for the good service which resulted in another signed -on Thai Express member after the meal.

Throughout our entire meal, she was always there to attend to our needs and made time to stop by even though she had other diners to attend to. The service was fast, the food was great as always and customer service was top class.

… He was not only prompt to my request and also to the guests outside waiting to be seated. He acknowledged to the customers by nodding his head even when he was busy clearing the tables. He also communicated with most of the customers and asked whether the food satisfied them.

He was prompt to notice that my order was not served after some time and took the initiative to assure me that the kitchen was preparing it. He then waited at the kitchen counter and served my order personally with apology. Great job!

Never failing to attract us to try different delicacies and new dishes, both the manager and his staff remember us, and always welcome us with open arms. They made our every visit interesting and special. Their unity and good morale can so clearly be seen by people like us. I would like to highly compliment their attention to extremely small details of each customer. They know where our favourite seats are.
There was a time when I was coughing and they brought me warm water instead of the default cold, without us even asking. This initiative is highly commendable. I would never fail to recommend any of my friends/family to the Marina Square Thai Express outlet.

He had a friendly disposition and noticed that my phone was attached to laptop (I needed to charge my phone and tether). Manager then offered his own charger as well as advices on the free WIFI service as a good surfing medium.
Throughout my solo meal alone, he frequently checked back on me and asked if he could make my meal any better. I am a loyal patron of ThaiExpress and tonight have been one of the more impressionable ones, thanks to excellent customer service.
